Take the first steps towards fitness in a fun way.  Join our Townsville walking group.  It’s free and all ages and fitness levels are welcome.  The group is a part of the Heart Foundation Walking - Australia's largest network of free walking groups which aim to make exercise more enjoyable, easy and accessible.
